Very interesting re the lockers.. keep us posted on what you find out, not sure if I have 1st or 2nd Gen trail dash (got it late summer, but now I'm intrigued.

As for maintenance minder, ya I would think it would update mileage once reconnected.

The 2nd gen has the bigger screen...5" screen. I'll write in tomorrow what I find out about the lockers in 2wd unless someone beats me to it.

Confirmed with Superchips....the TD2 locks the rear in 2wd. So mine isn't a fluke.

It'll act like it locks the front in 2wd and the screen will show it's locked, but it's not.

The trail dash 2 can also correct transmission shift points for larger tires?

This I am not sure of. I know you can input your tire size, which will program your tranny to shift at pre-programmed RPM's. I can't find it on their website where it states you can manually adjust the shift points.

Sorry for the confusion. You answered my question. I was wondering if it would correct the shift points for running larger tires.

Oh good! So yeah, you have the option to enter in your tire size and even your gear ratio if you change that.
