That is not a bumper. It is the AEV winch mount + shackles.

There are a few epoxies out there that the plastics itself would break before the glued area would.

Looks good! Now spend a little time cleaning your garage, it's starting to look like the back of your Jeep!

Looks like you were able to cut it so you don't have to fill the marker holes.
