Sorry, I dont have a sound clip, but I have a Flowmaster Delta 50 and I like it a lot. It is mounted in the stock location, is a hell of a lot smaller than the stock unit, and is quiet enough. I can hear it in the cab, but it is not that much louder than stock. The improvement in performance was not huge, but it was noticeable.

They are all over youtube. The 40 is louder than the 50... But i dig the loudness of the exhaust.

I didnt really notice any gains in power, and I lost about 2-3 MPG... If you want MPG then stick with stock

This is the first I have heard that someone lost MPG on a aftermarket muffler. I always thought that MPG either stayed the same or increased a bit.

Ya thats what I thought too. I used to be at around 20MPG stock with 33's. Put on the AFe Stage 2 CAI, and it went up to 23-24 MPG, Then I added the Flowmaster 40 and it went all the way down to 18. Added a 3" lift, now its at 16MPG... My buddy added the flowmaster 40 as well and same results.

Interesting.. Is your driving any different? With stuff like this speed/performance and MPG are inversely related..

I do notice a little bit more power with the intake and exhaust. I love the way the combination of the two sound when you punch it. Its real throaty for a v-6. I mean I bet if i drove easy on the pedal my MPG would improve a bit but the best I ever got it was up to 20MPG on a road trip.
