No it shouldn't. Its down stream of anything that would be covered so have at it!

I have the Flowmaster 50 Series Delta and like it. Slight power gain & maybe 1/2 a mile per gallon improvement. It sounds great when I start the engine, but you can barely hear it on the highway... except under heavy acceleration it gets throaty.

I went to a local shop and had them order & install it and the total bill was right at $200.

Also, I called the dealership and they said it voids the warranty on everything behind the cat. I wasn't really expecting them to cover anything I removed from the vehicle anyway.

Another question, with the Super 44, has anyone tried the diamond plated one that flowmaster makes for offroad use?

Default Exhaust diameter????

Is the stock exhasut tubing 2.5 inches? I want to be sure to get the right muffler. If anyone has the part number of the super 44 that would be awesome, too.

yep, the factory pipe is 2.5"....don't have a part number, but my 40 series is 2.5" offset inlet/2.5" center outlet if that helps.

Smokin' pix, vids, and sound. Makes it easier to pick an exhaust.
