Anyone know what the legal wattage limit is for driving on road? I'm looking at a new bumper without the factory fogs. I want/need to use them on road to see the sides of the road better as the factory headlamps only project straight ahead.

I know some 150 watt KCs are not going to be appreciated by others while i'm on road. What is the legal or at least "tolerated" limit.
