No problem at all, just reversed down into the bowl and up the other side and then forwards again to get out. If you get stuck at the bottom of a bowl it is slightly different.
In this case I stopped here on purpose to go help drive a friends Landrover out of the base of the bowl then drove my JK out. This one was about 10m deep.
