Do you think I would be ok with a 2.5 in teraflex spring lift he said I should get over 3 inches with it??

I could always add a 1 in body lift??

Tell me what I would have to do to keep it a good daily driver. I have a good deal on some 37's and am considering it.

Is there anything wrong with 15" wheels and 37's

I have 15x10 wheels and 37" MT/Rs no problems at all. I have heard that some 15" wheels may not clear the brake calipers, but several steel and aluminum models fit.

On the downside, you may not be able to hang with the homies and ganstas in their escalades and dubs.

I am amazed the front axle holds up to 37's. I have seen them pop spider gears with 33's before. Are you guys running into any issues with strength?

I have put 8000+ miles on super swamper IROC's, 37 x 12.5 on Evan Walker Rims - same tires as on the wounded warrior jeep. SkyJacker 6 inch long arm kit and 5.13 gears. It drives great. Also have hypertech programming. I get 13 mpg in city. Even with this set up the Jeep is weak! I need more power! I pulled a four place Jet ski trailer to Florida and had to keep the overdrive button pushed in. 8 mpg! I love my set up and it is awesome off road and in the mud. I am seriously considering a Hemi swap and keeping my jeep forever. I wish there was a V-8 option from the factory.

I have been running 37 on 17 wheels for a year and a half. It is my DD and I have had no issues. I have the Terra 4 lift and I couldnt be happier with the ride. Much happier now that it cost $47 to fill every week rather than the $70.

Can Rubicon Axles/shafts handle 37's, or are you pushing the limits?

Thanks for all the info guys. That makes us feel better about future plans! I am amazed too that these hold up to hard wheeling on 37s with the stock axles.

Glad to see people are doing it but no one commented on whether I could run with a 2.5 bb and a 1"Body lift.

Ive been running 37s for almost a year also. In the summer, I run aluminum wheels and km2s 8plys. I get 18-20 mpg on the hwy if I keep it under 60mph. Now that its winter, Ive been running steel wheels and Hankook 10plys. My winter wheel/tire combo weighs 30 lbs more EACH. My mpg has really dropped to 16-18 mpg on the hwy. If you are going to use it as a everyday driver get a lighter wheel and tire combo and you should be good to go.
