Fox racing stabilizer
Hey all, question for you. I had to get a new steering dampener and spent a lot on the Fox Racing one, works great! One problem, even though I had my jk aligned it pulls to the left a bit, I recall a member saying he had to let a little nitrogen out and then it was fine. How do I measure that and any other suggestions?
Most of us wont have the tools to measure that presure. Just use a screwdrive to let a little out at a time till it gets to a point you are comforatble with. You know, let a little out, drive, let a little out, drive.........
I had to get the slave cylinder replaced in the tranny along with the seals for both the transfer case and differential so I asked them to look into it. So far they are the only dealer that will work on my jeep. Have either one of you installed a programmer or throttle body on your jeeps?
Throttle body or throttle body spacer? The helix bore spacer or like products won't do anything for your motors cept whistle. You bought the $130 fox stabilizer? I've always wondered why its so $$$, mind sharing the details?
There is a gauge specific for the Fox SS. I bought mine at a blacklisted company on this forum (name starts with poly). They recommend 45psi. If you bought your SS from Quadratec they come with 200psi because they were originally made for the full sized Ford pick ups, but if you bought it at the blacklisted company I'm talking about they come set at 45psi.
Hope this helps!

It was my fault. Should have known better.
My aplogies.
Anyways, 45PSI is the way to go, but do it at a place that uses nitrogen to fill tires. DON'T TRY TO EMPTY IT YOURSELF OR YOU WILL EMPTY IT COMPLETLY. TRUST ME. I WAS A DUMBASS FOR TRYING.
Good luck!
