Default Which Fox shocks?

They say RK lifts actually lift a little more then advertised. Gonna buy a RK 3.5 Mid Arm Flex System, for a JKUR, with bumper and winch. Should I get Fox 2.0 2-4 inch, or 4-6 inch?

You'll be fine with 2-4" ones.

Assuming you want to maximize travel ? Most shocks listed in the 4-6" range are 10.5-11" in travel and perfect for most.

Yes, articulation and flex is a main goal. So your saying the 2 - 4 inch shocks will max out? There is no danger of damaging the 4 - 6 inch shocks due to the fact that the lift ain't quite there?

At 3.5" of lift ?
RK coils are designed to take weight. 3.5" is most likely where you will be at.

There's other ways to maximize travel but a 4-6 shock is perfect to start with.

My lift is an actual 3-3.5" and I really like the 4-6" Fox 2.0 shocks. I have 3" of bump stops in the front and one side may bottom out on my average trail day. My articulation is excellent but the setup is definitely not 'pre-runner'. The foxes have a small bumper on the shock that the Bilsteins don't have so that helps when it does bottom out. So my recommendation would be 2-4 for fast desert or 4-6 for slow rocky trails with your lift.

Running 2-4' with 3.5' lift. Good enough even disco'd unless you want ultra flex go with 4-6'.

I had the same lift on my jeep and bought fox 2-4" big mistake it limits your flex and with the rk lift you get a lot of flex. I had to sell mine and buy a pair of fox 4-6" trust me 4-6 is the way to go better to have enough than not enough.

Sir,

If you look at our website under the shock notes section of the kit you are looking at you will see recommended collapsed and extended lengths for that kit. You would simply match our recommended lengths to whichever fox shock closest matches them.
