so did you get your lift and shocks?

I am also looking at the 3.5 mid arm flex system and fox w/res combo. I was also wondering what shock lenght to go with.

Lift is ordered, as of 2.5 months ago. Ordered from Northridge in Canada. My supplier is waiting on the triple rate coils to ship up from Rock Krawler, and they can't even give my guy a time when the coils will arrive. A bit frustrating. I guess Canada ain't on the priority list. But anyways... I was told it would take some time... so it is what it is.
Anyways, I went with the 3.5 mid arm with Fox 4'-6' lift shocks and 2.5' Fox bump stops. Also spring retainer clips... Because I was told I might get some serious flex. So just as well do it right the first time.

Do you think you will need limiting straps with 4-6 shocks?

Can't say for sure. Trial and error I guess.
That's where the coil retainer clips comes in. Actually... is it possible to over extend a coil and stretch it?

Nope, the spring is not attached to the top, but if it drop too much it could come out of the bump stop

My Mopar Stage III lift uses Fox shocks and has limit straps as part of the kit. My understanding is the limit straps are there to protect the shocks from being over extended.
