Believe me, it has been fully cycled. It was installed well over 10,000 miles ago and that includes a trip from WI to Moab for the Easter Jeep Safari this past April. Oddly enough, it just started hitting. Just unfortunate I didn't catch it sooner.

So here's what we think happened. The collar from the adjustable teraflex trackbar ended up spinning until the bolts interfered with the fox stabilizer when turning right. We suspect the fact that the track bar collar even spun in the first place may have to do with the bolt that holds the fox stabilizer in place also holds the end of the track bar in place. But....that is pure speculation. This design actually helps address the fact that Jeep installed an undersized bolt to begin with so. I liked the design from the start. Here's where the track bar bolts were when it caused the damage. I drove for just shy I a year with no issues including a ten day trip to Moab this past April with no issues. ID:	567528 The guys from Fox are taking a look at it to determine if it can be repaired or if I need to replace. I hope it can be repaired because it really does a nice job and has a great feel on and off road. Stay tuned to learn if it is repairable or disposable. I suspect they will be able to repair. These are built well!

The hardware for the clamp is shitty on the TF TB. Mine stripped when torqued to spec (with a calibrated torque wrench). I installed grade 8 hardware and it's all good now. It might have not been tight enough and worked loose with heavy wheeling. Hopefully the SS can be repaired because those things are expensive.

They should be able to replace the can and end cap.

Crap ... I never thought of this. I agree 100%
I had to do the same .. Two new grade 8 bolts. Both stripped on me torquing to the required spec.
