Default Front brake lines

I was going through the parts included with the 3" Teraflex lift prior to install this week. The front brake lines caught my eye in that they are straight with no angle at the caliper end and are listed as part number TM-39 and say 82-86CJ Front.

Has anyone else installed the kit and do you think these are the right ones. I emailed the company and am sure I will get a response on Monday, but I am just being impatient and know that the on lines forums have answers for everything.

what you have is correct and you will be able to install them without any problems. just make sure that the line extends horizontally out from the caliper and hold it there as you tighten up the banjo bolt.

Thanks for the feedback. They are 26" lines and appear to be longer than the stock lines, but it still seems that without the angled banjo fitting, this could be a point of weakness as the line pulls from a perpendicular angle to the horizontal positioning of banjo fitting at the caliper.

the line has a tapered plastic sleeve extending from the end of it. this will allow it to curve nicely without pinching. trust me, you will be fine with these.
