Front bumper?

I had the xrc smittybilt bumper on my jeep for about 4 months and it rusted all over. The rust was actually comming through the powder coat all over the bumper. I do live about 50 feet from the ocean so I do expect some rust on bare metal, but not through powder coat. I purchased the bumper at 4 wheel parts and they were cool enough to take it back and exchange it for something eles. I ordered the rockhard stubby. Just waiting for it to come in. All in all. 4 wheel parts said this is NOT common. Probably just a bad powder coat job. Not sure. But the customer service at 4 wheel parts is outstanding!

If your looking for a nice looking bumper that not everyone has check out **** Designs.They just designed and started producing this year.Doesn't have recessed winch mount.Mine will be here on monday.Just google **** jk bumper.They don't have website yet.

Maybe have a look at the Rugged Ridge XHD bumpers. You can build it however you want...full width, stubby, stinger, grill hoop... It has a recessed winch mount, fog light provisions and recovery points.
