Default front bumper cover.. HELP PLEASE!

I figured I would post this in this section as well becuase most people have either changed their bumpers or removed it. I hit a small post and it pushed in the section to the right of the front bumper. How can i get inbehind that fron cover to push it back out.

Thanks,
Chris

Get up under there and you will see the plastic covering with the dent will un screw pretty easy. I would take it off and punch it from the back, it should reform to original shape. a little heat may help.....never done this but if I had to this is what I would try!

Default Bumper plastic

You pretty much have to remove the whole bumper-the plastic won't come off with the tow hooks sticking up-and they are bolted with the bumper bolts. I removed the plastic to mount tow bar brackets and it does'nt look too bad.

I put a 2 hairdryers to the jeep bumper and once it got hot i just pressed the plastic around until it they popped out.... it came out pretty good.. Just need to find something out there that will remove those types of scratches but I don't expect to find to much.. Anyways scratches build character..
