I want to regear my 3:21 to 4:10, I have a 4 wheel shop handy, but can't get the part numbers and costs of gears and carriers from my dealer so I can do it. Most of the guys doing gear changes so far are Rubi's with Dana 44 in the front and is no good to me with the Dana 30 front. Oh well I'm sure info will be coming out soon.
This is a very good price.
Ask your dealer what they charge for labor on this job. it will be about $550+
Then shop around at your local 4x4 shops, anything under $350 an axle is considered good.

Smok'in deal for So Cal from a shop that gives you a 1 year warranty on the labor. Most shops are going to charge $325 - $425 per diff in So Cal. Usually on the higher side for the front and lower on the rear.
What are you seeing for rates near you?
