Default Front Bumper Suggestions w/o winch

Looking for a new front bumper, but I don't do any off-roading, so a winch is not necessary. I do drive in heavy winter time snow, and I like the off-road look. I'm looking for something with bull bar that have holes for kc lites, as well as having fog lights built into it already that I can wire stock foglight with. Any suggestions for below $500

you might want to consider the basic PUREJEEP stubby or maybe even a warn front bumper as both look complete without a winch installed.

pic shown without the front hoop.

here's the warn. as you can see, the winch bolts up on top of the bumper so without it, it still looks good.

Rugged Ridge all the way...I like you didnt *really need a winch. There are not many trails around here, but I do go try to find whatever I can. It usually ends up being light to moderate.

I have the modular with ends, hoop and front skid (I think about $600 for the whole set up from CSEoffroad dot com, about $100 less w/out the skid)

Here are my pics
