I noticed today that my front drive shaft is throwing a line of grease. I installed a terraflex 2.5 lift a few monts back. I went that route so I would not do the whole drive shaft replacement. Now it looks like I will have to replace it. I thought Terraflex 2.5 coil lift was all good with my 2007 2 dr Sahara. Maybe now I start the process for future 3 inch lift.

What front shaft should I look to purchase?

I have read

"You can however, get that same black strip of grease just from the CV boot squishing the excess grease out from having to conform to the new angle. This happened on mine and I got a line grease that squirted out, but the boot is in fact not damaged or cracked"

Could this be the case? I do not see any damage. I wiped all the greese off and will see if any more shows up

Yeah, my stock shaft threw grease for a long time, but the boot never became torn or damaged, or started making noise. I eventually replaced it with an aftermarket one, but it never did give me any issues---ran it for 40K miles with a 4" lift.
