That's a really tall lift with no supporting adjustments. I still say tracbar too short. Messes up relationship to draglink angle. Caster must be way lower than spec. You want around 5 with that tall a lift.

I measured my caster angles last night with a digital angle finder. I read about 3.7 driver and 4.5 passenger taking into consideration the floor angle. I did read though that angles found with an angle finder are about 2deg less than an alignment rack would read. If that's the case I would need to be between 6-7deg with the angle finder so i am definitely low. I'm just not sure that difference in angle could cause these problems with DW and bump steer?

Why would that mess up the relationship?

Just checked and my track bar angle is 8deg. Drag link is between 7.1 and 8.8deg since it moves up and down a little. Is that difference to much? Seems like it is a pretty good relationship to me.

Because Trac bar is about a foot shorter than drag link. The angle is going to increase faster on the tracbar than on the draglink.

You measuring the bars themselves. Or the imaginary line drawn bolt to bolt?

I had the same problem with DW when I installed 4-door springs and 2 inch spacers. I took an inch of spacer out and DW was gone. Everything else was stock at the time. Someplace around 3" of lift and geometry is off enough for DW.

Put stock springs in and see what happens.

I put the angle finder right on the bars. Wouldn't I find more shift in the axle if this was the problem instead of the caster? I noticed tonight that my rear is shifted about 1/2" to the passenger even though that was only a 1.75" spacer with 58 springs. The front is only to the drivers by about 1/8" with 2.5" spacer and 18 springs. I would think if it was a track bar issue it would be more pronounced in the front.

I had bad bump steer from my lift. Bump steer is the beginning of death wobble or rather puts it into death wobble. I now death wobble well, my 72 Chevy 4x4 had it bad so I know just what it feels like. I did nothing other than increase the caster to 6.0 degrees. Bump steer was almost completely gone. Drag link flip and track bar raise finished it off. Caster is a huge thing!!
