I have 5K on mine and there have been no issues or squeaks. Sorry to hear that!

I wouldn't be so quick to push this on the lift maker - sounds more like a bad install to me. Hard to tell until its taken off and put back on right, unfortunately. -- or at least that sounds more likely to me.

Have you called FT, Zak? Might give them a buzz and ask them for their opinion on the matter before throwing them to the fire.

X2. I don't run their lift, but there are waaaayyy to many people on this forum running the FT without problems. You could have gotten a bad part, but it's probably unlikely. I'd contact FT like JM said.

Dont take me wrong here. I love the FT lift and i think its the best so far with what it comes with.
I have got it installed through a professional workshop who are also the dealer for Full Traction.

Everytime I go through mud trail i get squeeking. Especially always from the rear upper control arms. This is the 4th time the last 3 times they took the components off, cleaned and regreased.

All i am looking for is a long term fix so i dont have to worry about squeeks or taking things off over and over.

I have sent emails to FT and also to Eddie and on this forum to get some help if i can

x3 on calling full traction. But for what is worth, I know a guy that had to rebuild both front uppers after 9K. So its not completely unheard of to have bad joints.

I think its going to be hard to get one that doesnt make noise after giving it a mud bath. thats just the nature of the bushings. Mud destorys everything

my front bars are sweet and quiet it just the rear passenger upper and lower arms are squeeky. I am thinking of taking them off clean them put white lithium grease torqued to max grease and then wrap and cover them with some kind of rubber sheet to isolate them

The rubber peice might work, but it seems it would have to be a super tiny rubber sheet lol, cause there was pretty much no room while putting in my track bars

it was a pretty tight fit.

The squeaking doesnt bother me to bad, it only is there when I roll at slow speeds

I know I greased the heck out of it when I installed, so if I just leave as is would it hurt anything? As in is the noise an indication of something that is going to happen if I dont clean and regrease, etc

Although next tues (my day off) I plan to reloc the evap can, install a snorkel, put zerk fittings into the track bars, and fix my steering stabilizer ( I know, a busy damn day lol)
