FT BB / M-shock Help Needed
After you take torque everything down, take it for a freeway ride. If you notice any wandering, adj front control arms will improve this by allowing you to set more caster to your front axle. Depending on funds, at least get the lowers. Both are better.
I say lowers, because I think they give you more adjustment, are easier to change,(no bolt cutting), and you can see 'em!
WOL, I added some more caster to mine this week and so far, what a difference. I drove past your house today with no hands. WooHoo! Will take it out on the freeway tomorrow!
My buddy has a "Snap On" caster/camber bubble meter that mounts in the center of the wheel. I was at 5 degrees and now I am at 6. It would be interesting to put your angle finder on there and see what it reads.

Just thought of something else.
Rubimon mentioned the rear relocation bracket. The 2" BB does not come with one. I assume this means the rear axle will not be centered. Should I worry about this? Do you recommend an adj rear track bar as well? Another $180 will take away from future mods.

np. I figured that is what you thought. I wish I had the arms but plan on getting an ultimate or something in a year or so. Went the cheap route for now. Will get the adj track bar though vs messing with the front bracket.
My experience (same FT 2 inch lift) - with the relo bracket: bump steer & steering wheel movement. It wasn't unbearable, but noticeable and could get sketchy on bumpy/uneven roads. The big deal for me were the reports of the lower track bar mount breaking due to the added stress of the relo bracket (scary!).
I have the FT adjustable track bar, and it actually drives better than stock. Steering is on center, no wander, and no bump steer...
I had the track bar installed, then had my jeep aligned (and all was within factory recommendations). Let me know if you want me to measure my track bar.
For the rear - the FT lift is only 1.5 inches in back, and (per my measure) the shift was only around an 1/8 inch.

Maliki,
Thanks for the help. I put back on the std track bar and like the handling better, and like you said, it is nice not to worry about the bracket (especially since the bolt would not go through on mine.) The steering wheel was way off with the bracket and only slightly with the std.
My FT adjustable comes in on Friday. Do you remember how much you expanded it by?
