Default Full Traction adjustable arms rusting?!?!?

so I happen to notice that the treads on my Full traction Lift are rusting already! My jeep has 1800 miles on it! IS this normal?? you would think they would have used SS or something with a rust coating??

Did you put anti seize on your arms before installing them? Just asking, Because if you didnt I would suggesting taking them off and getting that done.

Its steel and we live in Ohio. It'll rust like the rest of the drivetrain, and every other lift on my jeeps. WOL jeep in Socal has no rust at all, Neither does his 1997 TJ. I truely hate him for that...

I've adjusted mine a billion times (dont ask) after two winters I have not had a single problem adjusting them if it makes you feel better.

I know rust sucks, the make a spray on oil to protect against rust, I know a couple guys that use it and it works good.

My powerplant even has rust on it, I think I'm taking it off next winter,

times 2 on anti seize, anything u want to adjust ie control arms, tie rod ends, track arms etc should have a good coat of never seize compound on the threads on assembly,do your upper front shock mount studs as well
