The threads should be wire brushed clean. After that lube it with a good amount of Anti-Seize. You should not have a problem after that.

Give us a call, we have a fix for this. This is a common issue for joints with a jam nut from any manufacturer.

This part threads directly onto 1-1/4 heim joint/johnny joint, replacing the supplied jam nut. This nut clamps onto the thread of the joint to help prevent loosening aswell as has an O-Ring (in green in the photo) which seals the inside of the control arm tubing from water and debris.

man, I didn't think about the part inside the arms. I did use a good amount of antisieze when I assembled, so it should be ok in there. I will wire bush them clean then reapply the antiseize
