Default Full Traction BB

Just being curious. Why are so many people dissing Full Traction Products on this and "other" Forums? I have had the 2" BB Suspension lift on my 2007 Sahara Unlimited for over 40k miles and have never had any problems with it or their Customer Service. I did install the Tracbar Relocation bracket when I put on the lift and now I read that I shouldn't have. When I installed my lift I chose not to go with their shocks because I have the towing Pkg. and like the OEM shocks so I installed the Teraflex shock extensions - and then had to put on the Teraflex 2"-3" extended swaybar disconnects. I personally stand behind Full Traction on their quality and attention to detail. Please explain why I should not have installed the Tracbar Relocation Bracket. Just asking for Safety Reasons.

the FT BB is a great basic 2" spacer lift and can't see why or how anyone would diss it. regarding the track bar relocation bracket, the problem with it is that it will put your track bar at a different angle than your drag link and this can lead to slight issues with handling. i typically recommend that you not install it for that reason alone. however, another reason why i would recommend against installing this bracket is because it will put an increased amount of leverage on the already wimpy factory track bar mount. over time, this can cause the factory mount to fatigue and break.

I have the FT 2" on mine and no problems at all. I also left the relocation bracket off. Mine did not even affect my steering wheel. It's still centered up. Although I plan on getting Teraflex's 2.5" coil lift in the future, it's not because I'm not satisfied with the bb, it's just because I want coils. Just a personal preference. I just didn't have the dough for all that right now.

So why does the BB lift still come with the bracket? 40,000 miles later - should I take mine off? Please let me know. Surely if the bracket was useless Steve would be saving $$$ - and not sending it.
