Default Full Traction Strikes Again!

So, on the 18th of May I had a warrantee issue with a leaking M-Force shock. I called FT who told me sence I bought it through Quadratec I have to put a claim in with them and they would order me a new shock. Well I called Quadratec about a week and a half ago and the called FT who told them they didn't get the fax to replace it it would send it out as soon as they recieved another fax. Well called again today and Quadratec gets the same bull shit story from FT and again needed another fax to send the replacement shock. The customer service guy at Quadratec said this is pretty standard business from FT and are about to stop selling their stuff as they have nothing but problems with FT's customer service and getting parts. How do you stay in business with service like this. First it was Teraflex who went to shit now FT. Are there any venders out there who actually embrace customer service? Pretty sad if you ask me. Once I get the new shock you can bet I will not spend another penney with this company!

I have had pretty good experiences with Teraflex customer service. I e-mailed them about an issue I had with my 3" lift and they got back to me really quick. In another instance they sent me another pair of extended swaybar links because mine were too long.

On my 04 unlimited I put tera's High Steer kit on my jeep and had some questions and spoke with a guy named Jim there. He treated me like crap! I just wasn't sure I was doing something right and he pretty much told me to figure it out that he was busy. It sucks too because I thought about their kit for my JK.

I love my Full Traction 3" Ultimate. I have had no problems. I Recently spoke to them at the Offroad show in Ontario and I am very impressed. I anxiously await the release of their 4" kit so I can upgrade to bigger and badder.

With that said. I'm in the customer service buisness and understand things happen no matter who you are. Don't lose your cool over it. It will get resolved. Hopefully.

I have a business myself. I understand that things happen. But on the other hand. If I don't take care of my customers.........I will not have any.

Thank you. Just had to vent. I'm tired of the run around.
