Full Traction Strikes Again!
I just got a call from Quadratec and they confirmed that the shock has been shipped today. The only reason I had been goin through them is I get dealer cost. I think I will call Northridge for my next order and try you guys out. Seems you are always on here and willing to help people out. Thanks!
For everyboodys info.
If you have a problem with a product you should call the company you purchased it from first. Most of the time the MFG of the part has no clue who you are since the product was not directly sold to you.
It may be a pain to call the company you ordered it from but it really is the best way to get things done. 99% of all the MFG's will have trouble looking you up in the system if you bought it from a dealer. They will not ship parts to just anybody.
Have a good weekend.

Now if Quad would just read this, we could get a Sponsoring Vendor Battle Royal.
J/K
In all seriousness, it seems like I'm begining to hear about more and more people that are having problems with Full Traction parts. Maybe it's just because so many are using them.

That's the way it should be. That's customer service. Any company with good service is going to take it upon themselves to turn their customer's problem into their problem and resolve it with as little effort to the customer as possible.
I agree, unfortunatly, you don't see very much of that anymore.
