Default Full Traction Ultimate lift. Sway bar link defect?

I have installed the Full Traction Ultimate 3" lift. The sway bar links have a large bulge in the rubber bushing that does not look right. I do not think they will last long like this. Has this happened to anyone else? how can it be corrected? A washer will not allow enough room for full torque without bending the washer.
I have attached a photo. I hope it can be viewed.

Mine don't look like that. Have you contacted Full Traction or vendor to get them replaced?

I agree you are missing the metal sleeve.
