Default Fully functional stinger?

Is the LoD stubby stinger a fully functional stinger? The only other stingers I've seen are cosmetic only. Any other functional stingers?

they protect your grill/winch but if you mean in a rollover it needs to tie into the frame somehow.

I would say not really, most stingers would start much lower on the bumer, so you can kinda use it as a slider. It looks like its pretty strong with those large gussets. I just think the placement is off, but I do love that bumer. Just my 2 cents
