Haven't looked at the differences in the brackets/C's between dyna/tera/g2, but they have different tube specs.
Stock
Outer Diameter - 2.5"
Wall Thickness - 1/4" (.25)
PR44
Outer Diameter - 3.0"
Wall Thickness - 5/16" (.3125)
PR44-Unlimited
Outer Diameter - 3.0"
Wall Thickness - 1/2" (.50)
Tera 30/44
Outer Diameter - 3.25"
Wall Thickness - 1/4" (.25)
G2
Outer Diameter - 3.00"
Wall Thickness - 1/4" (.25)
The G2 housing seems to be the weakest of the three aftermarket housings, but still a bit stronger than an un-modified stock housing.
A discussion on the comparison between a gusseted/sleeved/trussed stock housing to any of these is way beyond me, but I assume the end forgings on a PR are stronger than a gusseted stock C, and a 3.0" x 1/2" tube is stronger overall than an 'inner sleeved' stock tube just based on seeing posts here about sleeved stock housings shattering or bending.

I noticed the conflicting G2 info as well, so just went with the specs on their site. Quadratec actually lists two completely opposite specs on the same page:
The CORE 44 includes heavy duty forged inner C ends, and 3" x .250" wall tubing to resist bending in even the most extreme conditions. All CORE 44 brackets are laser cut and CNC formed from 3/8" steel for added strength, and are designed to allow bolt-in installation.
Product Details
Heavy-duty 1/4” laser cut brackets
Heavy duty 3” diameter 5/16” DOM tubes
