I have the Rock Hard bumper and carrier and like it.

I know some people who had other tire carrier bumpers and just bought the can carriers from RH (they use a U bolts to connect around the bumper diagonal arm).

Here's what it looks like:

I am considering welding 2 addiional racks from Adventure Trailers (one on each side for a total of 4) http://www.adventuretrailers.com/fuel.html

They are not tube fenders.

I thought the metal tube ones were just too expensive for what i needed them for (not get splashed, and comply with DMV laws), so i chose the Xenon Flat Fenders.

as for the fire extinguiser mounting, I have the rugged ridge rollbar mounts on mine.
i been thinking of getting the OR Fab but i still have concern about where the rack contacts the body right below the lock cylinder. in your pic i can see a mark and what looks to be a small dent almost. it could be a shadow but i was always concerned of the rubber pad getting dirt under it and wearing through the paint
