I just calculated the mpg with my new cold air intake and it went up 1.2mpg from the previous tank. I am very happy with that. Next will be an exhaust which could also help 1 or 2 mpg. Then a Superchips to make it all work good together. Granted I am running 33's on a 2.5" lift.

I installed a Magnaflow but I'm still on my frist tank so no had math, but... my jeep says I got a 1.2 mpg gain. Who knows how true that is but it's all I got.

Automatic or manual transmission?

Are you still running the 4.10 gears?

After that's addressed, I'd look into a programmer for better efficiencies, then a drop in air filter and exhaust for modest efficiency gains.
