Question Gear change/ how many miles ?

I'm doing a gear change in the next month.. Probably doing 5.13 (auto trans) D30 front end.

After doing a few searches I can't seem to find what expect for trouble free mileage. Meaning can I expect 100,000 miles from a good set of gears or is that too much to ask?

Obviously proper maintenance is key, but I'm looking for some real world scenarios.

TIA..

You know, I saw a place online where you could order yukon gears with a cryo treatment. There was an article in JP mag about how it doubles the life. It was like 75 bucks a gear to get them treated. I'd do that when I get mine.

Good to know, but then what should i expect for mileage ,,,,,,......

I'm guessing that a 4.56 or 4.88 would last longer than a 5.13 just because of the overall surface area being used is greater when they mesh.?
