Totally agree here, this is something to try to attempt with out the tools, knowledge or experience. Not saying you can't do it, but it is a very precise and time consuming job.

5.13s would be a minimum for 37s IMO. I'd even consider 5.38s which are available through precision gears (same as Yukon I believe). If you have never set up gears before then I'd suggest either getting a reputable shop to do them or get in touch with a local club. Most of the time there are at least a handful of guys in each city that would be happy to help out as well as teach you how to set them up in the future if you blow a R+P. Gears are about a thousand clams if a shop install them. 500-600 if you DIY or with a buddy. If you are entertaining the idea of setting them up yourself go to pirate4x4 and check out Billavista's massive write up.

I don't believe they have 5.38's for the JK yet. As far as I know, Superior is the only aftermarket company to have gears for the JK, and they only offer 4.88's and 5.13's for now

aprox. what is your 70mph RPM. I also have a 6 speed and I have 4.88 gears ready to install. I could not find much RPM/Speed info on the 6 speed. Just would like to know so I know if I should get 5.13's not 4.88"s.

Can't say for sure since my speedo is off and I don't have a GPS to verify things, but assuming I'm about 5-10 MPH off like I should be, I'm probably running just under 3-grand at 70MPH

Speaking of gears, if you need some, it looks like Northridge4x4 has a ton in stock now...
