Default Gearing question

Currently have stock 3:73 gears with 33" tires. Looking to upgrade to 35" tires and will be occasionally towing a camper. What is a good gear to upgrade to?

Automatic + 35s + Towing = I would go with 5.13 gearing.

I ran that on my '08 auto JKU with 35s and gave back some uummpphhhh...

Sorry, I was in a bit of a hurry earlier. That chart is for the post-Pentastar setups. There are charts for the 3.8 around also.

I run 35s with a M/T on the Rubicon 4.10 with a Pentastar. It would be pretty tough to pull a camper with that setup but could probably be done. A/T on a 3.8 would be even tougher.

How far you want to go with it may just come down to your preference.

If pre 2012--even 5.38s are great----if Rubi auto

Otherwise the 5.13s are super to-for auto
