Default Gears? Transfercase? What is it?

I'm in PA for Bantam from Charlotte NC. I now have a terrible clicking noise coming from the front end of my jeep. It still shifts and drives in 4lo and 4 high. But the clicking is only when in motion. I can't figure it out

It also only clicks with under power or in gear.... It does not click with the clutch is in or neutral.... I think it may be the T case.... Or a driveshaft I joint
