Would it be ok to put Genright louvers over top of fuse box on passenger side?

I put some West Marine hood vents on my hood. They turned out really nice and I've never had any issue with moisture getting in there. They were cheap too!

I am, when out crawling on trail. I will stop at times and see something dripping! Coming out of over flow hole.

They're to help prevent overheating. Especially when out on the trail, when you don't have the air flow from hwy driving to help cool things off
