Default Gen-right bumper, trailer hitch?

I have a Gen-Right aluminum rear bumper and would like to add a trailer hitch receiver so that I can use a motorcycle carrier (a light dirt bike, obviously) and a bike carrier (Kuat). The bumper was obviously designed for maximum clearance on approach and exit of obstacles, so GR made no provision for a receiver. Can I use a stock unit (I have not looked myself yet)? If not, does anyone have any suggestions?

I have the GenRight steel rear bumper and it fit precisely around my stock hitch receiver. There is a 1 inch strip on the bottom of the bumper that need to be cut out and then a hitch can be installed I believe. Why dont you call GR directly. They are very helpful

I'd also suggest calling Genright. Post what you find out.

I'm thinking of getting their front stubby with bull bar, might consider the rear too.

Thanks all... Getting under there (which I should've done first) I see that it can be done. I was told previously that it was not possible using the stock points. I see now that it's very do-able. BTW, I am new to Jeeps but not to off-roading and I thing the Gen-Right stuff is the shiz-nizzy. The welds are FANTASTIC and the fit/finish is really remarkable. I'd recommend this stuff to anyone.

I agree that GenRight makes awesome stuff. I also have the aluminum front stubby with bull bar.
