Go Big Or Go Home???
I have had the RE BB with shocks for over 20k miles now. It still drives and handles great and I have had zero problems. I am very happy with it and would buy it again if i was in the market.

I went the Rusty's 2" coil spring lift with shocks. It leveled the stance out and rides great. I prefer coils over spacers because of the better flex. I will test the flex this saturday at the off road park in Seymour, Missouri.
yeah not sure what all the BB hate is. The "problems" sound more like install issues not product. I have some kind of BB my dealer installed. Added longer sway links and skyjacker shocks and i love it. Been all ove the rocks and some muc without zero issues
I've said it here: https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/modified-jk-tech-2/yikes-rethinking-bb-help-me-these-concerns-17609/
But, say it again...
I've got TF 2.5" BB with shocks and stock Rubi 32's before and 35's now. I've driven over 10,000 miles since installed the BB. I've been to some Jeep trails also (check my pics). I haven't had any problem whatsoever on the pavement or off-road.
Agree with BigJerm.

There were a few hardware issues that were reported and then solved. A current kit seems to include every thing that is needed.
I think that there are compromises with every lift. A inexpensive lift that is targeting a price point has to make compromises too. I would prefer perfectly centered axles, less bump stop addition, and shocks that will accommodate full stuff and droop as allowed by physics. But in reality the things needed to do all that might not come with a kit that cost three times as much. Further reality suggests that many people are happy without all that stuff.
For the value you get I am considering a BB lift. Later I may add springs, shocks, and track bars as I see fit. If I had a back account bulging with money I would likely go with a coil lift too, but but the BB will help keep me from high centering 1000 times on my next wheeling trip.
