You'll have a heck of a time beating the deal in vendors for G2 with master install kits if you can get the covers thrown in, $550 shipped. I had them installed a few weeks ago, no problems & I'm happy with 4.88s and 32s with 6m trans! Love em!
My mechanic does heavy truck gears often & street rods too. Couldn't believe the price and the quality seemed on par with anything else.

Im looking to go 4.56 or 4.88 with my automatic and 35,s the 4.56 would bring the rpms close to stock tires and 3.70 from looking at a chart in one of the offroad parts cataloges.
what is the best price for parts and labor?
I have 30,000 mi

Then browse through a few dozen of the thousand other gearing threads on this site to get a better idea of what you should go with for an auto JK. (hint - the overwhelming response for an auto on 35's is 5.13's) At $1000-$1500, it's not something you'll want to do multiple times after finding out you didn't gear low enough.

And if you read the posts up above yours, you'll see that the 6speed guys on 35's are gearing 4.88. Pretty good indication that you want to go deeper with an auto...

1/3rd the price. Amazing but I'll guess even just the real estate differences are about the same price difference, then add our crazy taxes, workers comp. insurance, Might be a miracle I got it for $920 5 miles from the GWB.
At the end of the day, it was worth it. Its a different vehicle now, totally transformed IMO.

Keep in mind the charts and rpm guides are based on actual tire size rather than what the manufacturers call them... Your "35" may not measure 35 inches... Wish I woulda got 37s to go with my 4.88 manual... Just a thought. You'll be happy to get some power back either way!
