Default Going Crazy: Wheels Tires?

Ok I need some help. help with choosing wheels and tires.

I have been researching and reading posts for the past 3 months and I am still unsure how to proceed. I am going crazy. Please help me.

If you were me and you:

*had to drive 80 miles one way 3 times a week
*you did not want to void your warranty
* wanted a ride with excellent road manners
* like the look of a wide stance / wide tires.
* wanted the ability to run on the beach / pits on the weekends
* live in NJ where the cops are strict about hanging past the fenders
* had a budget between $1700 - $2100

What wheel and tire combo would you go with.

If you aren't going to be using the factory wheels, just be sure to do a bit of homework on the backspacing of the wheels you want to avoid the DOT regulation hassles. I had a set of MT Classic II's get as close as my driveway, but I ended up sending them back because they woulda had too much rubber hanging out beyond the flare. I ended up going with the 17x8.5" AEV's. They have about 4.6" bs and matched with my tires (33x11.50), they leave very little hanging outside the flare.

As always I trully appreciate everyone's feedback opinions. However I am a little confused, as I stated I do not want to void my warranty, and from the posts I have read as soon as you throw on a lift you void your warranty.

So I was thinkning, hold off on the lift for 3 yrs or 36K mi and go with AEV Bridgers and BFG AT's 275/75/16's or 285/75/16's. Will the 275's look to small or be to small for airing down on the sand? I am thinking the 275/70 profile will have that WIDE profile / look.

Thoughts?

TKS.

I have 285/70/17 BFG AT on Goliath rims with 5.75" BS the tires are even with the fenders and do not rube at full turn and full atriculation 5 with rims and discount tires full road hazard warranty $1,675. The run very good on road and are great in the sand not so good in heavy mud though. Hope this helps

33's will fit without the lift, but you may run into some clearance issues (though I never did, had the wheels and tires on about 2 weeks before the lift). Like the guy above me said, though, a lift will only void the warranty if it is the cause of what goes wrong, and with just a budget boost the chances of that are quite slim.

You guys are reccomending mud tires a lift for someone who has to drive 75 miles at freeway speeds. Will the jeep be able to quickly manuver around all those Jersey drivers?: This is an inside joke for those of you not located in the Delaware valley.
