Good 2" lift
Well after looking at lots and lots and lots pictures, my fiance has finally made up her mind and would like to go with a 2" lift. It will be a good size lift to get the stance she wants and will give her that little bit of clearence on the trail that she'll need with anything that she's going to do. The question is what is a good lift to go with while keeping the budget in mind? I have the Full Traction 3" and am very pleased and I was looking at the 2" BB that they offer but I wanted to come to a place where alot of people are running a 2"-2.5" on their rigs. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. As always pictures are welcome.
Haven't really heard of a bad BB yet. I had a Rusty's that worked just fine. I originally bought it as an inexpensive stop gap until the OME lift came out. OME rides much better than the BB, but I swapped out nearly all the suspension parts and got more than 3" out of the 2" OME lift.
first man any will work BUT with that said your going to want a good one and i found that out quick-go on and spend the money and get the skyjacker or any spring lift and spend the $500 because it is worth it the disk lift leave with little articulation or the same as before but when your running bigger tires you will want that and that ride gets REALLY stiff with one
my recommendation is a get new springs on any lift and yall will be pleased

holy run-on sentences batman!, i had to read that a few times to get it.
I have a 2" BB and it is fine for clearing larger tires, but as I think the previous poster said, it doesnt do much for articulation over stock.
I put the BB on as a temporary gig on my way to going to a full 3" spring lift at some point and it has been a great lift and I am glad I did it. But i do regret not going to springs right off, cost me a little more in the end to go in baby steps. But that is just me, and if all your looking for is running slightly bigger tires, a BB is a great option.
Any BB will do. it's just a pile of spacers and some bumpstops, very hard to screw that up and they are all virtually identical with just a few minor option changes (shocks/no shocks/adpters etc.).
I went with the RE one, it cost more, but took care of some of the rake; in retrospect a standard BB and an additional 3/4" or 1"spacer up front would have been more cost effective though, IMO.

I am sold on the Rusty's 2" spring lift.....maybe it is stupid but I prefer springs over pucks...on the 2dr X this kit is great....ask Armycop or some of the others using it....rides great and with over 22k miles on it so far I have zero issues.

Rusty's is the bang for your buck out there I have seen. You can't beat almost 3" of lift with new Springs, shocks and a Great ride for $350. It's well known and used on 4X4 Tv on there build ups all the time. I will probably be going that route very soon.
