This is a good deal... since he is your friend and is going to help you put it on just pay him the $600... If you knew me you would think I am crazy because I am a hardcore negotiator and I am always looking to get something for nothing... just ask my vendors!! ill tell you one thing, you wont find another bumper that looks as good as the one in the picture does, for $600 with a tire carrier/ hilift and a spare ( wether its used or not. you also wont have to pay for shipping and to top it off he will help you install.
