The M8000 is a great winch especially for the money. I know people that have run them for years with no problems on heavier 80 series landcruisers.

Warn is a good winch and should be enough to pull you out of a lot of stuff

If you have a 4 door, you may want a 9,500LB winch.
I have the Warn 9.5 ti, and I found it's limit last week pulling me off some crushed cars. (using a snatchblock)

I have one on my Unlimited. I haven't used it yet, but I've seen no bad reviews on them. That's why I bought it. Well....that and the price. 499 plus 9 bucks shipping. It was too insane not to get.
