Well, here is the plan...let me know if you guys think this will work and if I will need anything else.

This is what I currently have...
08 Rubicon Unlimited
4.10 Gears
Rugged Ridge Rear Bumper
2" Spacer Lift

This is what im getting...
17X9 Pro Comp 7069 4.75 BS
315/70/17 Goodyear Duratracs (measure 34.xx)
Rough Country 2.5" Lift with shocks (to replace my current spring spacers)
Superchips to correct TPMS/Speedo and hopefuly to help with any loss of power
Rugged Ridge Tire Carrier

Anything else that I should need for this set up??

Thanks,
Jmat1980

Sounds like you'll be fine with that setup. I had the factory 3.21 gears, and I felt like I HAD to re-gear upon upgrading to 35s. But I know several guys who have the 4.10s and 35s and they say that the gears aren't that bad at all.

Your setup sounds a lot like mine. I am running the Pro-Comp series 97 rims, the Goodyear DuraTrac 315/75R16 and the RC 3.25" lift.

She handles perfect both on and off-road, you'll love your new setup

Have you removed that plastic air dam thing on the front bumper? I managed to leave mine on for 3 years, and only just recently removed it when I upgraded to 35s. At full turn my tires were rubbing it. No big deal, I just removed it and haven't looked back.

I have only minor rubbing while at full flex, nothing big, only my tire making minor contact with my fender. I know a guy who has a TeraFlex 2.5" coil lift (and heavy loaded down with LOD bumpers) who is running 35" MTR Kevlars and he doesn't seem to experience too much rubbing either.

So, I'd imagine you'd be good too.

Air Dam and Front bumper are gone replaced with Rugged Ridge bumper and front skid plate. The skid is smaller than the air dam I believe, so hopefully I wont have any rubbing there...
