ID:	295878This was a fun mod. Easy and quick. The grill retaining pins on top come out easy with a small screwdriver and just pop back in for reassembly. The bottom of the grill just pops out and then give the light pods a 1/4 turn and the grill is off.Click image for larger version

Looks great. The last 4 pics would not load for me. How did you keep it in place?

Hi guys

Great grill.

To avoid getting dust and dirt on the bulb and in the indicator, it is easier to leave the bulb and just unplug the wires.
There is a red 'lock' that needs to be 'unlocked'. Cant remember if it needs to be pushed or pulled....once 'unlocked' the plug just slides out with a bit of a pull and wiggle.

Regards
Paul

Default peel and stick

Thanks for the comments. The aluminum mesh is held onto the inside of grill by peel and stick electrical connections and zip ties from home depot.Click image for larger version

If you havnt done this mod yet put some epoxy instead of the stickies they will just pop off. I had to redo all of mine about a month after putting them on just scrap off the tape and use epoxy instead and you'll save yourself a headache

Prep the surface with alcohol before you stick the zip tie fasteners on and they won't fall off. Ill be doing this soon.

I had the foresite to use epoxy on the stick on deals on my grill when I did mine. For once I saw a headache coming and caught it before hand.

That mod really great on a black rig. Good job.

x2 Did that with mine in Oct 2010 and they're still stuck, just fine. Mud, Rain, Snow and they're holding well.

I was expecting to re-do them a long time ago, but guess I've been lucky.
