Default Gussets?!?! Questions for longevity

Hey guys, I was looking into gusseting up at least my front axle inner "c"s. I'll be heading out to Guam at the end of the year and I don't have the money to build the 60s I want yet, so I'm trying to wheel all I can in Guam while not destroying my weak 30 and workable 44. I'm looking at some of Mel's beautiful Offroad evolution gussets but I was introduced to the always trustworthy teraflex. Price wise of course Mel is higher (you pay for high quality) and I also was gonna get them professionally welded, not to say I couldn't do it, I just don't have the time, and that's where the money is...if anyone has any opinions or has gusseted using either/or let me know what you think. Thanks! Waves from Hawaii!

Off the topic kinda, but have fun in Guam! I was there in '76/'77. I just hope a lot has changed since then. It's a small island (7 miles x 14 miles). At least you'll have your Jeep to keep you occupied.

I did lots of research about two years ago and ended up deciding going with Offroad Evo sleeves and guesset package from NorthRidge. Don't get me wrong pretty much all my suspension is TF but I liked the EVO sleeves better.
