Well I was watching very carefully since I had the 35's put on and the spare. I noticed over the months that the tire was getting closer and closer to the bumper. Out of fear that the tail gate would get a wrinkle in it I decided to remove the tire carrier. Not a fan of the look but now I need to get a rear bumper with tire carrier.Saving money to get one.

From your pics in your gallery, it appears thet your 35's are/ were mounted on the OE wheels.
I wonder how much more they weigh vs the stock set up?
I plan on running the stock carrier with my Pro Comp 35" combo, at least for a while... I suppose if your doing a lot of high speed woops and stressing the gate a lot, even the stock wheel/tire combo maybe too much.
Any thoughts?

Yes was running on stock 18's, took TWO 1.5" wheel spacers to get it on the spare.
