Hankook MT - I have heard good things on them..good traction and great wearing tire for a good price.

Dynapro M/T without a doubt. Had them for about 5 months now - about 5k - 6k miles so far with a couple of wheeling trips. They perform great on the trail and are very good on street driving. They've worn great so far and don't sing as much as I thought they would for as aggressive a pattern as the tread is.

I have about 20,000 on my Hankook's and they are really wearing well. They also perform well off-road (mostly dry running). Snow performance on road is also very good.

I've got and love them. Mine's not a DD but so far so good no problems have about 5000 miles on them.

You might also look into the Maxxis Bighorn. Good reviews, siped, and I got my 315/75/16's for $40 less per tire than either the Dynapro or Destination. (I was ready to buy the destinations until I ran across the bighorns...)

I have the dynapro MT's I was getting Baja CLaws and the Guys at discount told me to try them and if I didn't like them he'd swap them out. Still on the Jeep 15k later!

I can't speak for the Dynapros, but I love my Destinations. Good road handling on dry and wet pavement. Not very noisy but nice hum. Not the best on ice/ hard packed snow. Wearing well with 13,000 miles. About $211 a tire in a 315/75/16.
