Hardware Torque settings for Riddler Differential Covers?
What up peeps?
Anybody that has the Riddler Differential Covers (specifically, for the Dana 30 and Dana 44):
What is the hardware torque settings for these covers? I've tried to get in contact with the online retailer I purchased them from a couple times in the past week, but no one has gotten back to me.
So, if anyone knows these torque measurements, I would be much obliged.
Gratzi,
Russ D.

Thanks for the replies, gentlemen. I did a little digging and found torque settings for the LubeLocker reusable differential gaskets. They recommend a single pass in a star pattern at 15 ft./lbs., and then a second pass in a star pattern at 35 ft./lbs. Problem solved.

I wouldn't go over 30 lbs with a torque wrench or you risk breaking the bolt. The bolts don't need to be tight, just tightened evenly. I believe the Lube Locker gasket instructions say torque to 35 lbs but I only did 30 lbs and have had no leaks.

I installed my LubeLockers @ 30K miles and I'm going to rock another set when I do my 45K service on Friday. I torqued @ 35 ft./lbs. per the manufacturer's suggestion, with no leaks as well (as well as no stripping of the hardware). To each his own, I guess!
In any event, thank you everyone for all of your input.
I don't post in the modified tech forum as often as I should, but good answers to be found here.

P.S. - I will post pictures of the Riddlers once I get them installed on Friday.

you know what I mean
. I used a bead of silicone and got them nice and snug with a normal length 3/8" ratchet.
