Hardware Torque settings for Riddler Differential Covers?

The JK Spec says 30 ft/lbs for Diff cover bolts but I think that's overkill and would not go over 25.

I think, though, those lower torque settings assume the usage of RTV (silicone gasket). With the LubeLockers, I think more clamping force is factored in to compensate for the increased gap between the differential halves.

There is actually, if you read the literature on the LubeLocker:

That should help a little bit. Rockin' this from a purely chemistry standpoint, RTV will extrude to a certain extent because of its very nature (colloidal solid). Once you join the differential halves together, no matter how flawlessly/precisely, RTV will deform a little bit. The LubeLockers maintain a steady state due to their nature (true solid). I e-mailed a former chem professor of mine at UCLA and brought the dilemma to his attention, and he explained it to me (going into much more detail than I cared to listen to).
