Default Header seal Help

I have a 2012 Jk. It originally came with a Hard top but sold it for a Supertop NX. I have since gotten a Supertop NX Twill top. My issue is that it seems the header isnt formed on one side correctly or the seal is going bad. Ive had this top for over a year now and its either always been this way and I'm just now payin more attn to it or its gotten worse. I notice it more on expressway (which I dont drive often) . My question is do u guys think I need to contact Bestop about the header or contact Mopar because the seal is actually attached to the jeep?
Ive not taken this soft top off since Ive gotten it because Ive sold my hard top so nothing has happened to the header itself. Has anyone else experienced issues with this seal?
Ive attached a pic. I have more if I need to send them. But u can see where I can fit my pinky finger in between the top and seal. Thanks in advance guys.

Here is another pic. U can see a small piece of weather stripping I had on it to try to block some wind out. I just didnt get that lil piece all the way off for the pic. But u can see how far the top is from the seal.
I'm havin a hard time uploading pics so thats why this is in 2 posts.
